Delivery Delays

Failed Delivery (RTO)

Our courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

• Prepaid Orders: We'll contact you for re-shipment or refund options.

• COD Orders: Re-shipment is available on request. Repeated COD refusals may disable COD for future orders.

Address Changes

You can request an address change before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

International Orders

• Delivery: 6–12 days after dispatch (excluding customs clearance).

• Customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

• International orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligibility

• Unused & unworn, with all tags, wingaura Jewels box/pouch, and any free gifts intact.

• Return requests must be placed from the original delivery address.

• Sale/clearance and "final price" items: exchange or store credit only (no refund).

• Personalized/engraved items and gift cards: non-returnable for customization reasons (unless damaged/incorrect on arrival).

• BOGO and bundle products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• If the customer orders the wrong ring size/metal, the item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

How to Initiate

To initiate a return, please contact us at wingaura.jewels@gmail.com or +91 97732 33392 with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

• Upload 2-3 photos (and the unboxing video if the issue is damage/missing).

• Choose Refund / Exchange and confirm your pickup details.

Reverse Pickup & Self-Ship

• We arrange reverse pickup for most serviceable pin codes.

• If your pin code isn't serviceable, please self-ship using a trackable courier. We reimburse up to ₹100 against a valid shipping receipt.

Fees & Refunds

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer.

• Return Handling Fee: ₹99 (deducted from the refund) to cover reverse logistics and processing. (Waived if we shipped a damaged or incorrect item.)

• BOGO/Bundle Offers: Partial returns are refunded as wingaura Jewels Store Credit only. Full returns of all eligible items follow the standard return policy.

• Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 days after the returned product passes Quality Check (QC). Banks may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Exchange Policy

For exchanges, we will dispatch the replacement product once we have received your returned item and completed the Quality Check (QC).

You will receive an Email/SMS notification once your exchange has been processed and the replacement product has been shipped.

Damage / Missing / Tampering Claims

Please report any damaged, missing, or tampered items within 24-48 hours of delivery.

Kindly share:

• An unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.

• Photos of the product.

• Photos of the outer shipping label.

If the claim is verified, wingaura Jewels will arrange a free replacement, repair, or refund, as applicable.

Packaging for Returns

Please return the product in its original wingaura Jewels box/pouch along with the outer protective packaging.

Ensure the parcel is securely sealed and includes:

• Original invoice

• All tags

• Free gifts (if any)

Poor or improper packaging that results in damage during transit may invalidate the return claim.

1) Manufacturing Defects (30-Day Assurance)

If you experience a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery (e.g., clasp failure, stone setting defect), we'll repair or replace the item at no charge, including both-way shipping.

Every wingaura Jewels vermeil piece includes one complimentary re-plating & polish within 12 months of the invoice.

• Inbound shipping to our service center is the customer's responsibility (or you may self-drop); wingaura Jewels covers return shipping back to you.
• TAT : 8-10 days from receipt (may vary with volume/festivals).

What's Included

• Customers are entitled to unlimited plating services for any wingaura Jewels jewelry purchased.
• This warranty covers re-plating of the product to restore its original finish.

Customer Responsibility

• Customers will be responsible for two-way shipping charges.
• wingaura Jewels will generate and arrange the pickup from the customer's location for the product to reach our service premises.
• Once plating is completed, wingaura Jewels will dispatch the product back to the customer, with shipping charges payable by the customer.

Conditions

This warranty applies only to plating and does not cover:

• Physical damage, breakage, or missing parts.
• Normal wear and tear beyond plating.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications done by third parties.
• Customers must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
• The product must be properly packed by the customer at the time of pickup to avoid transit damage. Wingaura Jewels will not be responsible for damage or loss during shipping.
• Service timelines may vary depending on the nature of the work and logistics. Customers will be informed accordingly.
