Shipping policy

Shipping Locations

  • India: We deliver across all serviceable pin codes.

  • International: Available for selected countries and products. Customs duties and import taxes (if any) must be paid by the customer.

Dispatch Time

  • Ready-to-Ship: Within 24–48 hours.

  • Made-to-Order / Personalized Jewellery: Within 8–10 days.

Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 4–8 days after dispatch.

  • Non-Metro Areas: 8–10 days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or location.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A shipping charge of ₹379 will be applicable on all COD orders.

Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, holidays, government restrictions, courier issues, or remote locations.

Failed Delivery (RTO)

Our courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

  • Prepaid Orders: We'll contact you for re-shipment or refund options.

  • COD Orders: Re-shipment is available on request. Repeated COD refusals may disable COD for future orders.

Address Changes

You can request an address change before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

International Orders

  • Delivery: 6–12 days after dispatch (excluding customs clearance).

  • Customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

  • International orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
